1. USE OF THE SITE
By visiting the-hyphen.in (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. The Site, all writing on it, and the Hyphen name and mark are operated and owned by Bahuvachana Trust a non-profit, charitable trust registered in Bengaluru, India. We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above will change when we do.
You agree not to use the Site to harvest content, run automated scrapers, or interfere with normal operation. You may quote and link freely for non-commercial purposes, with attribution.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Annual Print subscriptions include 2 issues for the term selected. Shipping is included within India; international subscription and shipping is dealt by STCK.ME.
Subscriptions are billed at checkout. We will email you a reminder before the expiry of your print subscription. Only print subscribers are eligible to pay for and access full digital content. Digital only subscriptions are not available in India.
3. REFUNDS
If you cancel within 7 days of starting a new subscription, we will refund you the unused portion of any annual subscription, prorated by issues not yet shipped.
Single-issue purchases and books from the Hyphen bookshop are not refundable once dispatched, unless they arrive damaged. Damaged copies are replaced free of charge.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All translations published in the-hyphen.in are copyright of Bahuvachana Trust and the original author in respective languages holds copyright for the original work. All original content in English published by the-hyphen.in are copyright of Bahuvachana Trust. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish Hyphen content without written permission from the translator, the author, and the editors.
