Dr. Chandrashekhar Phansalkar

Dr. Chandrashekhar Phansalkar is a Marathi playwright, adaptor, and theatre writer, as well as a medical doctor by profession. Known for his socially engaged and thoughtful dramas, he has made a significant contribution to contemporary Marathi theatre. His acclaimed play “Khelimeli” received the Jaywant Dalvi Memorial Award.
